At Burnside Wood Pellets we make every effort to ensure that you receive your order in good time and perfect condition. We also appreciate that things can go wrong from time to time, and therefore we operate a straightforward hassle-free returns policy to ensure our customers have a positive experience.
It’s as simple as that. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, simply notify us and then return the items to us, unopened and unused, within seven days from you receiving the goods. We will exchange or refund the items appropriately:
1. For items that you decide you no longer require – we will refund the value of the goods. This will exclude the original delivery cost. Goods to be returned at your cost.
2. For items that we have sent out incorrectly – we will arrange an exchange or refund which will include the collection costs for returning the goods to us.
Once we receive the item back we will issue a refund via the original payment method. (Please also read our full Terms & Conditions of Sale).
