I ordered a half pallet of 10kg bags in August, taking advantage of a pre-order special offer for delivery in October. In reality the shipment was delivered in September without any fuss or bother. The pellets are of a good quality and have not crumbled or broken, meaning there is no mess or dust when filling the hopper. They burn very efficiently and leave very little in the way of ash and are almost smokeless leaving almost no residue on the glass of my stove, making it very easy to clean. The 10kg bags are sturdy enough that they have not split in transit are an easy size and weight to stack and store as well as to lift over the top of the stove in order to fill the hopper. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase in terms of the price, the ordering process, the delivery and the quality of the product. I will buy again.

Full pallet of 10 Kg bags delivered very speedily, good quality bags and pellets look fine. On the minus side, a top poly cover for the pallet would help in case of rain and invoice did not contain BSL No. and the other information required by gov.uk for RHI claim.

Love the 10kg bags so much easier to lug about and use than the 15 kg bags. Negligible dust too compared to the previous load from a competitor. Great that they are from the UK too.
